That's who it is but that isn't the form used in this specific quote. The 'a' and the 'g' are incorrect.

I don't even remember the speaker at this point or which HoME this came from, so lets have Varna be up. The speaker was whoever narrated those BoLT and other HoME stories there in Elvenhome.
