From the starship EDDIE & crew. You did? I didn't see it... Well, I was hoping for something more impressive like 10,000, but perhaps you have something in store for us? Like a million dollars? EDIT: I strongly agree with Rian.

No, I haven't finished it yet.
Right now I'm concentrating more on my birthday present for my roommate - a picture of Harry Potter from the Goblet of Fire cover. Good thing she doesn't post at this board.

Yes, congrats Nurv! Wow, 7,000. Thank you for creating the Cafe, I find I spend most of my time here and wouldn't have met the wonderfull people I have if not for it. I spent the first month or so on here just reading all the great things people have written and trying to get a feel for the moot. I've got to say, your guy's Lyrd of the Ryngs story is awesome! "No I don't want any pie!" Good stuff. Free drinks heh. Well I'll have an irish carbomb and toast to you.
Cheers! Edit= Sorry Nurv, I just went back and checked the Lyrd story and realized I had misquoted you . So I changed the any more pie to any pie .

Ciao, Farimir! I'll take one of those carbombs, too. *Goes behind Skybar, mixes a row of carbombs, sets them out along the bar for those who wish to drink, eats a small biteful of Nurvi's cake, then chases it with a quick carbomb.*
Mmmm. NICE! So, where's trolls' bane? Hey TB, how's my delinquent ice-dragon boy? He helping you out at all, as he been a good boy or is he giving you a hard time? How's my sweet chocolate labrador pup? Does she miss me? And where's Shah & Lady M tonight? Gotta have those 2 around; doesn't feel like the Teacup is in the perfect balance without Shah & Lady M.

Oh, CLAIRE!! *buries face in Claire's soft, sweet-smelling fur. Gets licked everywhere; loes it* My dog looks so healthy and stoked! Trolls' bane, you've done an awesome job sitting her. Thank you! Oh, my sweetie pup! *picks up Claire, goes to patio lounge chair with puppy and bottle of sake in hand.*

* grabs carbomb downs it in one giant gulp* Ahhh
*looks at TB and than down to the carbomb he hasn't drank* You going to drink that? I'd be more then happy to take care of it for ya. I see you got your avvi up and working. Nice. Hey, Tessa did you see the GW's furry buddies he brought to the cafe? Everyone has just shruged them off. Benny and his Badger Badges and Boris the Benelovent Bear giving hugs to all in need of one.

Why, thank you! They've all been converted to a diet consisting mainly of Orcs (good for the shiny coat/healthy scales) and roses (makes them smell nicer, I guess).
Well, Ring cycle time it is...But I'm only doing this one scene at a time hereout, so I can record it so I have it on CD. I'm on Scene II of Das Rhinegold, and I'm hoping to finish it, since it's "only" two hours (compared to the next one I'm dreading, the 3-5 hour Die Walkure). EDIT: Sure! I think this one was for you. I was getting a cup of Corellian Ale. *imagines a such thing as a bear hug, and imagines bones breaking on accident*

I loved the gigantic bear, and yes I did notice that folks shrugged off the beautiful bear. He was the bomb! And so BIG. I personally think that Grey Wolf's big bear and mine & Shah's Liger should get to know one another; now THERE's an Entmoot security match made in heaven.
The famous badger... what can I say. You guys, I showed everyone the Badger song & site last June, anyone remember? Right here in the Teacup. Must've been Teacup two or three. That Badger song had me HOOKED right away! I used to get such a kick out of it. SO fun. My Dad's nickname is Badger, so of course I got to see all the weebles Badger-related songlets.

*Boris the Bear & Leroy the Liger can be seen in the corner nook of the Skybar, leaning close into drinks, and talking low & earnestly.*
Wow, check it out! *Gestures toward the two giant drinkers* Those two appear to be hitting it off VERY well. Man, wish I could be a fly on THAT wall; wonder what they're talking about.

Have no fear TB, Boris is very good at his hugs and hasn't broke anyone yet. He would make a nice addition to the security staff but he may be to nice to to handle some of the tough situations. His presence along will cause people to think twice about causing trouble though . I had no idea of the Badger song until today. Funny stuff it was. I had to go and watch it again before I came here tonight.
Edit= knowing Boris they're probably talking about where the best fishing spots are.

I must say goodnight to all now . Conan's Finland special is on and then I must try and get some sleep. May you all have a great evening and if I don't see you, have an even better weekend.
Goodnight Entmoot!

This is one of the places I would like to go, and write, and photograph, and live at, for a while... my boyfriend, lately expresses that perhaps he'd like to go back to europe and well, my passport's in order, I have no obligations, so... why not?
I was reminded of this spot Positano, thinking about The Sopranos, that episode Farimir mentioned where Tony goes to italy and meets with the boss there, which is the boss's daughter by proxy the real boss but I digress again..

What does "digress" mean?
EDIT: And what are those steaks? Meteorites? Cosmic rays?
