gimme some birch beer, or some root beer, and the I'm happy.
Not to change the subject but... Anyone read the "History of Middle-earth: Part I The Return of the Shadow"? I just started, it's awesome. It'sa little confusing, it has all of the versions of the "Long Expected Party" (Including the version where Bilbo has married a certain "Primula Brandybuck", has a son named Bngo, and then it is Bingo who throws the party) and the version where Bilbo, unmarried, adopted his young cousin Bingo Bolger, who then changedhis name to Bingo Bolger-Baggins and the Bilbo left the Shire. It is cool.

That does suck, Chrys. Fortunatley, my hair is too short to fall into my tea anymore. (It's funny...now my brother's hair is longer than mine...)
I just bought some homemade herbal tea from a friend...it's supposed to help with sniffles, so that's good, 'cause it's cold here. :shivers: I have a paper due Monday that I want to finish tommorow evening, as I will be unlikely to work on it over the weekend, and I have an orchestra performance on Sunday...gar. I have to finish reading my book first. The topic is Mozi, and how his writings/thinkings fit into the context of when they were written, and Chinese philosophy overall. Fun, but I wish I could write about Beijing Opera. |

and on the back of the book it says that there is a sinister Treebeard working with the Enemy, and a malevolent Farmer Maggot.

Can you imagine if he didn't scrap those ideas?
That reminds me Em, my class had to select our courses for next year. They got rid of the philosophy elective! And it looks like they replaced with with a semester course on humanities. I don't know why; I thought it was really popular. I guess I was misinformed, or else all discussion eventually looped back to religion v. secular society somehow, which is possible. I might start a petition. I know at least six juniors off the top of my head that planned to take it next year, and we only need 20.

Aaa! I'm just in time. *sigh of releif* I thought for sure the Spanish teacher was going to keep the entire class after. At least I'm not too late for the gathering on Ered Luin. *checks the browser window to the far right of the four browser windows open* It doesn't appear that anyone is on. Sorry, I guess I "cursed" (I call it a blessing) the valley with rain.

I read your post Merc. I think "mock you" is funny and not too suggestive (). It's awesome. Dele-where is pretty funny too.

No, today was the classical music chat-thing. And next week can be either nothing, a literature chat, or a gathering.
