In this place will I abide, and my heirs, unto the ending of the world.' 'Then Tuor arrayed himself in the hauberk, and set the helm upon his head, and he girt himself with the sword; black were sheath and belt with clasps of silver. Thus armed he went forth from Turgon's hall, and stood upon the high terraces of Taras in the red light of the sun. None were there to see him, as he gazed westward, gleaming in silver and gold, and he knew not that in that hour he appeared as one of the Mighty of the West, and fit to be father of the kings of the Kings of Men beyond the Sea, as it was indeed his doom to be; but in the taking of those arms a change came upon Tuor son of Huor, and his heart grew great within him. And as he stepped down from the doors the swans did him reverence, and plucking each a great feather from their wings they proffered them to him, laying their long necks upon the stone before his feet; and he took the seven feathers and set them in the crest of his helm, and straightway the swans arose and flew north in the sunset, and Tuor saw them no more.' -Of Tuor and his Coming to Gondolin "Oh. Not me either. He has the support of the majority of AMERICANS.
In a year and a half Americans will be able to state whether they want bush for another 4 years or not. As it stands he has not done anything which is impeachable. He even went to Congress to get approval for military action against Iraq - which they overwhelmingly gave him.

I think Bush is the only Presidential Canidate who could have handled this mass chaos and hysteria, but I ride the fence on the issue of bombing and wiping out Hussein.
"People will die (Con), less people will then die in the long run (Pro)" thinking. I think it will, in the long run, have a possitive outcome for the Iraqi's and Kurds, but a negative slant to the way the world views America.

Some of the protesters have made the most stupid comments. Some even believe that if we had intelligence information showing that one of our cities is about to be nuked - we can not take action until after it actually happens. I just wish people would read the Constitution more and learn the way the US government works. Also - The Federalist Papers and The Anti-Federalist Papers would help too.

Why not? I'm American, and I've seen worse things said about America than France.

I think many people my age jst listen to what they hear and believe it - some without checking the facts. I try to remain 'politically informed', for my own sake. I agree with Elven Archer about the actors and actresses thing. Was it just me, or did the Grammys this year just seem like a big long peace rally? BTW-How much time left until Hussein's 48 hour time limit is up?

Sorry, I didn't get that at all. I can be downright stupid sometimes.
