Writers block. Hate it. Also: momentary depression fits. Hate 'em, too.

You should make sure that your getting your daily dose of omega-3 (fish oil stuff). I've found it *really* useful for my depression problems.

so too St. Johns Wort is an herbal product which works well with many people and is available without a prescription at a decent price.

To keep it short, I`m in love (to use "love" lightly) with a certain college student. I haven`t seen him in person for over a month and I miss him so much I started crying and couldn`t bring myself to go to school today. Well, he emailed me a couple hours ago and he had actually gone back to my school (where he just graduated from), to visit. And I wasn`t there. >_<; It was a "Shock." moment. I think my stars are out of line or something because this stuff keeps happening. It`s just an extended "one of those days". It could be a lot worse though. I`m actually pretty happy.
Man, it would`ve been bad enough if I had randomly missed school the day he showed up, but that I missed seeing him because I wanna see him so bad is just too much. Last edited by katya : 04-21-2006 at 07:39 AM. |

It's a good sign that he emailed you right after though, isn't it?

Otherwise you can take a 4-500 mg tablet at breakfast and be done with it. Feel better.

Woke up today and wanted to smack the spit outta someone. No one in particular, just the first person to give me a funny look. I'm glad softball starts this weekend. I need a stress release.

I'm frustrated.. A friend of mine thinks he's in love with me, at the same time all he talks about is suicide. My mum is really depressed again and just talks a lot of rubbish about my dad, and everything else. Sometimes I regret saying that she can call me anytime.. But I know I have to. Oh well. I'm working now so I have a good excuse to be less online and answer the phone only when I have time and feel like it.
I like the job though, I'm in a research team called Antzz. We've been working from 9am to 10-11pm the past few days.. And it's really nice.^^

I'm really sorry about that, Nerdanel.

I couldn't sleep last night because I felt like a fish stick that was burnt on the outside but still frozen on the inside. I kept getting cold chills that actually burnt. I'm so sore right now it took me 10 mins just to climb my stairs today. I knew this was going to happen.
