Well I'm a little short myself and I have dark blond hair so I guess that'll probably makes me a Silvan Elf.

Im only 11 & already im over 5 feet. I think i look like Aragorn-my hair is always messy & i hate taking showers.

You can get contacts taht give you better than 20/20 vision...neat-o.

I need pointy ears too! I can make them kind of pointy.

No one has pointed out that hobbits have slightly pointed ears as well.

Tolkien wrote in a letter to his publishers about the sleeve for the Hobbit, he said the sleeve designer should draw Bilbo with slighty pointed ears, almost 'Elvish'. By saying elvish he meant the pixie fairytale kind, not his Elves, because the artist wouldn't know otherwise.

Also in a drawing by Tolkien of Bilbo in Bag End, if you look closely you can pointed ears. It can be noted that Bilbo wears socks in this drawing.

Elves and their ears is a debated subject and I won't claim to know the information to contribute to the debate, I can give the facts that I am aware of though.

The Etymologies of the lost road give information on Elven ears, Tolkien wrote...

Ahhh no fair you sound like Rosie!! *pouts* She has long reddish hair and a round face. THAT'S NOT FAIR!!!*pouts some more* I dont think I look like anyone. My best friend who has Galadriels strawberry blonde hair and Arwens lovely blue eyes says I sound like Elijah Wood when I'm on TV

I dont believe her.

I dont look like anyone really as no one in FOTR has tan skin or golden brown hair or brown eyes. But I CAN kind of do voice impressions(only slightly higher) and I also try to do facial impressions. Other than that I dont look like anyone.

Oh well mabey one day I will be the first elf half human to wear glasses. And it would make since for hobbits and elves to have pointy ears for animals that have larger and longer ears hear much better than animals with small ears. Take dogs and deer for example. They can hear the slightest movement without having to try to(sometimes) Like the fact your dog or dog of any person who owns one can hear you befor you even get home.
