Durinsbane, I have been looking at your avatar and trying to figure out what it is. Is it a band logo?

It should be a band logo! Very cool-looking.

well, when my band, "The Next Generation", hits it big...you got it, mate!

yeah, it's star trek...which is cool...and the next generation of real music...like zeppelin...and floyd...in the present day...down with the MTV generation that i was unfortunate enough to be born into! argh!

heh, 4 pages of cheesy posting!

That's what i call a full flavoured mature discussion ...

english cheese is, without being biased , very good - we have this wierd thing going on with France, where we love their cheeses and they love ours!

(we boith love our own too of course .. it's strange- but then they are french innit? )

Had halmoudi at a restaurant yesterday - great!

.................

I love nothing more (apart from all the other things i love more) than after a meal, the cheese board, some grapes, butter, crackers ..good wine or occassionaly that headache bomb: a good port ....

just nibbling and as Bilbo would say 'filling up the corners'

The Huorn puts her face in her branchy hands. "We'll I had the courtesy to wash the offending food off my back branch. Lets change the subject to Tea, shall we?"

We have a nice garden, just off our terrace. I think a wet tree would be more at home there and leave less of a mess to clean up by the espresso machine.

I think i'll go outside in that case, because it's the hottest day of the year so far (in reality, i'm already outside, writing this on my laptop).

OK. It hit 105 F on our front porch on Monday, currently we're at 92 and still climbing. The problem is the humidity is 78%.

The wet dripping Huorn takes her tea and heads out to the patio. She settles her flare of roots on a study marble stool. "Better?"
