How about that: When you wake suddenly in the middle of the night, get your tattered copy of LOTR and UT and start comparing dates in the Tale of years and in the Line of Elros. Then go to sleep cursing Tar-Atanamir...

When you see a flock of crows (or even just 2 or 3 of them) and you yell out, "SPIES!" .

well, how about going to a national park, walking up to every tree and going,
"Treebeard, is that you old boy? Gandalf sent me, pressing matters, the trees must revolt!!! oh, wait, you're not treebeard, (moves to next tree)treebeard, is that you old boy?" and on and on.

or, walking to a few medium sized boulders and beginning a story like so:
now children, this is where long ago i was captured by trolls, and they began to argue wheter they would bake us, make us a stew, or squash us to jelly!. . .

I hear crows all the time.... And the other night I was trying to sleep and kept hearing cackling chickens in my head. (D'ye think that's a bad sign? )
Um, obsessed... if you talk in Gollum's voice (or whatever you perceive Gollum's voice to be) while working. I have a friend that does this all the time--he works for a siding company and amuses his co-workers with his uncanny Serkis/Gollum impression.

LOL, will do!
Oh, I have another one.... (this is something I say ).... When a new movie comes out starring any actor/actress from LOTR you say you have to see it because, "I have to support my people!". don't laugh at me....

I'm not laughing. That's the reason I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean the first time. And one of the reasons I saw Hidalgo. And why I checked out The Goonies... LOL. I'm probably weirder than you are.

I do that too. I checked out the three you mentioned. I checked out Huck Finn and Forever Young too. They were all good!

That's why I never looked at The Good Son the same way again. Nurv says that I look like the "good son." Any guess who the "good son" also looks like?
