Yep, that's right! I can't believe it, I thought it was hard... Another riddle for ya!

Ever pillared, not from stone,
The ceiling light, a yellow tone,
In days of glory, rich and fair,
But someday it will not be there.

Easy, but the best I could come up with in five minutes.

Well, hullo everyone. As you can see, I don't hang out here muchly anymore. There's a good reason for this. Y'see, I've been hanging out at a different chatboard called Cardboardia. So far, I've been havin' a blast. Not that I don't love the TLA, but the magic of Entmoot is lost on me. So, as soon as TLA ends, so will my existance here, probably.

Who knows though? I might stay. Highly unlikely however. This is a good bye in advance, then. Unless you want to join me and my group of friends at Cardboardia.

Cheers!

Is there a difference between Lorien and Lothlorien? Or is the Loth- part just extra..

Lorien is also a place and a person in Valimar, but in Middle Earth Laurelindorinan was shortened to Lothlorien was shortened to Lorien. I think it's a mortal thing, mortals don't want to waste ther time with long names. My answer was the ME version.

Thank you Menelvagor. And yes that's right. Next riddle:

Over stone, under star,
Oh light child, you see afar,
War, peace, rivers fair,
Things of light, things of air.

Another easy one. Solve!

oh, pooh. um...geez, i'm still stuck. the clever rascal has no idea, and she is very annoyed aout this. death tree called to death's door...if i didn't know i was about ents, i would say it was gandalf being called to stop denethor's pyre...
elf girl: is it Frodo and/or Sam? or hobbits in general?
Claenoic: Pip looking in the palantir? I guess that because it's the obvious one, but the wording seems too light for the evil things he saw.
hmmm...must cogitate somemore...

No one has gotten it so far. The Palantirs are a good guess, but not the right one. And I think I've come up with a conclusion. Mine are the easiest.

Elf Girl: Is it the crossing of the mountains made by the hobbits?
