I know.... I miss the days when I posted mostly up north. I'm so rusty on my Tolkien knowledge I can't contribute much anymore. I'm going to make sure the boyfriend brings his copy of Morgoth's Ring back if he goes out to his house today though. I really want to read the Athrabeth Finrod ah Andreth.

I'm here because I love Tolkien's works. It was a message board similar to this that introduced me to everything Tolkien wrote (before I knew more than The Hobbit and LotR), but it is also very easy to get rusty on them, because there's so much to remember.

I was talking to a friend of mine who knows more about Tolkien than anyone else I know and we agreed that it was impossible to know everything. You have to concentrate on one part, to really know it inside out.

Yeah, I came here because I love Tolkien's works too. I came for the Tolkien and stayed for the lovely people and atmosphere.
