Probably from being at the computer still. I'm getting queasy myself, right now. I'm suddenly craving Greenblatt's Deli chicken soup. And my bed. I gotta go now.

Sorry about all those animals intruding the cafe, guys. But I'm afraid that will happen once every month, when we're (I am) cleaning the cages and replacing all the papers. They have to stay up to date. The animals. Yes. But I will try to herd them to some other place than the Cafe next time.

Do we have one of those machines that makes plenty sorts of coffe and hot chocolate? We should have..

Yes, Pytt, we've got a state of the art Italian espresso machine, and a HUGE store of various different kinds of chocolate. I like to shave the Ghirardelli's block and combine the shavings with steamed milk to make hot chocolate.

Grey Wolf, ever the shameless advertiser.... There's that John Denver song about West Virginia - Rocky Mountain High. There's New York, by Frank Sinatra. There's God Bless Texas - some country band. Georgia On My Mind, Ray Charles. Sweet Home Alabama, by DAMMIT brain is melting..... that song Tennessee, by Arrested Development. That Johnny Cash song, with like twenty five states in it.

And isn't there a Bruce Springsteen song about New Jersey? And the song Ohio, or is it called that? about the Kent State student massacre in the sixties...

Many. I think...

Apparently there's also a band called Jersey. I just googled "lyrics Jersey" and they came up. I like the songs, too; have to download them or something to hear the music.

Also New Jersey Girl, by Nerf Herder. But I cheated on that one. Somebody wrote a song called California Girls.

Yo, Lotesse, I forgot that you're from Hollywood. You don't strike me as the Hollywood type at all. I think that after I leave for college, I won't ever spend my summer breaks at home, and I'll just travel. I should take a road trip over to your place in a year and a half.

I can't wait till high school ends. You don't know the half of it. I'm just in a complete daze; first marking period I did zero work in my only hard classes, but just now I'm switching myself onto autopilot for the rest of the year. I feel like I'm in limbo or something. This summer I should go somewhere, but nobody I know is human enough to understand the necessity.

It's a full moon over Los Angeles tonight. Earlier, the Santa Anas were breezing through, with that huge white moon overhead...
If it's a full moon there, it's a full moon everywhere, except of course in those places where there is no moon this time of night, or day, whatever it is there .
*tries to remember zenith and rise/fall times and phases from 8th grade physical science* Full moon...rises at 6 PM, sets at 6 AM.

Oh, do you know what would be cool? I've always wanted to be talking to someone, and they say something to which I reply "Are you out of your f***ing mind?" And whatever they say I can reply, "You really are out of your f***ing mind!" That would be soooo cool!

The lovely song Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Country songs like Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man by Loretta Lynn and All My Ex's Live in Texas by George Strait .

Aw. Love both.

Mmm. I'm sipping marzipan flavoured hot cocoa at the moment... It really feels good, it's SO cold here. Yesterday was like a warm day of spring, then in the night a windstorm came, and here we are again with the cold November weather. And according to the weather forecast, snow is coming.
