Who else is watching the Superbowl? I'm not, but I actually care about the outcome of this one, and I haven't since somewhere around Superbowl XXXV.

It seems that the game is over now and the score was 29-17 for the Colts (linkage). Well done everyone!

It's an annual tournament of the two best teams in the American Football league in the USA. It's on its 41st incarnation. It's very hyped up, and people pay as much attention to the halftime show as they do to the game itself.

The Canadian equivelant is the Grey Cup, where the top two Canadian football teams play.

Teacup closing temporarily:
Entmoot President Hector spoke briefly today about the possibility that the Teacup Cafe may actually close very soon for a short period of time.
"Yes," He said in his bravetone "we will actually have to shut this place down while we start a new one."

This has caused distress to some some mooters, who say they can't live without the Teacup. "I'll die! I'll starve!" says Me9996, a professional butt-sitter (someone who sits on their rear end all day

). Jammi, another mooter, says that he has been coming to the Teacup for nigh on three eons. "When I was young, we didn't HAVE a Teacup news service!"
