i shudd be sleeping by now! I'll need ridiculous amounts of coffee at the lecture tommorrow that's for sure:X

Middle Ages.. depends on what country really. If I were to live back then I would be a.. trying to be original here: knight in shining armour hunting down green dragons and stuff and collect some beauty in some far-away castle

I think I would king somewhere definitely. Or conduct an experiment to see if a swan flying in a straight line from Africa to Europe could in fact carry a coconut=)

I would probably be a monk, because that's where a lot of the education was at the time. Botany and such (Abbess Hildegarde....or Cadfael).
Think about all the plants you could name after yourself. Not gonna happen tho

Ofc you would, and who is that strange Otto in the 100 words story thread!? Accidental brain surgery? Persona non grata in orchestras? Lol=)

Be ambitious. You could be a famous Empress! With a flick of the fingers you could demand things. For FREE. Think about that. POWER You could make people say stupid things to each others, you could blame things you did on people who absolutely did not do it and watch them plead for mercy...

Or, you could be a hapless lass working some God-forsaken field of potatoes in mid-winter.

Hmm, the latter doesn't sound too pleasing. I much like the first one. I'd have to say though, I think I'd like to be in Spain during those times. It seemed to be happening there

Yeah, plus it's warmer there then the rest of Europe=) Cool thing about Spain (and Portugal) was they sent so many explorers out into the world. Must have been swashbuckling fun

You could also try out a job at a Medieval help-desk technical support Much like this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQHX-...eature=related

I would probably done that too if I lived back then. Even if I had to dress up like a man!

I have dial-up because high speed internet isn't all the way out where I live

And the song Conquest by the White Stripes. I'm pretty sure that it's a remake of another song, but the one by The White Stripes is the one I'm talking about.

edit: gotta go, school night unfortunately. Damn pre-calc test tomorrow that I have no clue what I am doing...

You could pretend you were a Sire until the ship was out of bounds, then kill the Captain, proclaim you are a Lady, threaten the crew and proclaim yourself the new Commander of the ship! You'd have to bring alot of bribe-money though to keep a mutiny off your hands tho

At least you have something look forward to! Dial-up reminds me of Africa
*Dialing* Doooo--deeee--daaaaa--dooooo--dooooo *Connecting* Deeeeeeeeeeeee--deeeee--tshjk tshjk----deeeeeeee *connected*

hav fun. I have to sleep now! 3 am omgggg i am going to be so tired tommorrow...

nite all=)

Suffering from massive boils, scabs and sores of all kinds. Starving. Scratchy clothes, when you could get any.

Happening, indeed.
Second only to Germany for an unfortunate habit of rounding up villagers to accuse of witchcraft. No thanks.

I know. O_o I never understand how people are like, "I wish I could live in the middle ages! It was so romantic!" or "I should've been born in the mid 1800's, I would've done well then."

I just think, "Umm, no. You would not have. No toilets, no iPods, no cars, no phones, rampant disease, they didn't know how to handle things like 'sour stomachs' that we can fix easily now.... you would not enjoy it as much as you think."

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! CRAP! CRAP! CRAP!

During the last week Ive been working on inserting my photographs onto my new page.
Invariably there is something wrong the pages or pics.

I rapidly loosing heart to this flood of errors that has occurred. Now Im working on the pics from my trip to Germany in 2007 and none of the first three pics in the first page is working.

Ive been told that it shouldnt matter if the end is .jpg or .JPG. So that shouldnt be the problem.

I simply can figure out what is wrong!!!!!

http://www.greywolfspage.se/my_photo...rmany07_I.html

Could somebody, PLEASE, help me and find the problem? PLEASE!

I think it would be hell on Earth. Imagine the horrors of life being controlled by a corrupt, power hungry church and all governments and institutions centralized and under the same control.

Nope. Life without cybernetic implants sucks. I can't wait.

I don't know. It fizzled out before it began. Which, in the Teacup, is probably a good thing.

Anyone know where I could find some concentrated resveratrol? I need it to activate my SIRT1 genes. You know, to repair my DNA during cell division and stuff.

Hmmm, if I had lived in the Middle Ages I would probably be burned at the stake for being a witch. Can't say I fancy the idea much. Either that or a nun. I do like the idea of that though. If I had been Catholic, I would have seriously considered it IRL.

And what Sis said. I mean, I couldn't bathe because water was supposed to get me sick and I'd have to drink beer instead? o_O

Off to school. First day of my major with a new class, new teachers, etc. Wish me luck! >_<

NB: Congrats Varna!
