The reason Lotesse's "Women Presidents" link doesn't show Margaret Thatcher is because she was a Prime Minister, not a President. I assume the same is true for Chirauc.
However, I should have included her in my own small list, she's pretty famous. (The Women Presidents list did include, oddly enough, three Co-captain regents of San Marino.)

Lotesse, you really like "Get Fuzzy", don't you? (Have you noticed that the guy is a Red Sox fan?)

Nurv,

I jest! Is Chirauc a woman? I mean, I know he's French and all, but that should have been a clue!

And what's the difference between a PM and a Co-Captain Regent, anyway?

I thought you were talking about some other person called Chirauc, who was a woman. Not Jacques Chirac, male French leader (President?).

The confusion stemmed from:

You named 1. mysterious person 2. a woman Prime Minister. So I just assumed that the mysterious person was a woman. See why spelling people's names correctly is important?

I do not know. I was puzzled as to why Co-Captain Regents were on the Presidents page.

How did this get open again? I thought Spock had closed it...

Anyways, the Hillary vs. Condi thing doesn't look so promising now...it'll probably be McCain vs. Hillary (! After they drunk vodka together?), or Hillary vs. Frist, which is definitely a lost battle.

But the vodka thing makes in even better!

Is Hilary a Democrat or a Republican? It seems like she'd be a Democrat (unless she's through with the lot) but I thought she was really right-wing for some reason.

Hil is/wants to be...everything to everyone, which basically means: "Oh yes Mr Smith, I'm really anti abortion, oh no Mr John, I'm really pro-choice!"

She's making herself look moderate by working with some Republicans, but we all know that a traitor will do anything. She abandoned Lieberman for Lamont, after they had worked together, campainged together, ate together, drank together, and kissed (professionally I'm hoping)...and here she is acting "professional" by saying that she will endorse "The winner of the democratic primary of Connecticut". Why, Hillary? Why? If you truly do not endorse a quickie pull-out of Iraq, why are you endorsing someone who does, and abandoning your friend who is apperantly of the same mind you are?
it's called she wants to redeem herself for super-leftists so they'll vote for her.

That cannot be true...
If you want to say Bush is bad for the Middle-East, you go ahead, but exactly what real economic atrocity has come to America with the Bush Admin? Especially with a war going on, I'd say we are doing well...
