I just seen Man on Fire & Scooby doo 2, Man on fire was too slow & stupid. Scooby was made for kids, so I didnt really get into either of them. Someone just robbed my local videostore-yikes-so I cant rent anymore, till they file the report or whatever. Bummer.

I just rented Willow a while ago. I had never watched it. It was okay, but I dont like ron howard so the extras sucked.

I want to see Donnie Brasco again, I wonder when it will come on cable...
I would watch a gangster movie anyday over scooby doo.

Ive just watched " Shaun of the dead " and burst my brain laughing - Simon Peg is fantastic and the rest of the cast wonderful ( most of space appear ).
Wonderful references and h'ommage ( is that how you spell the french version of homage, you know when intellectuals and being intellectual ) to Romero, Carpenter and somebody else famous for zombie flicks. It may be a bit gruesome for our younger lads and lasses, but I found it a breath of fresh air !

The last film I saw was actually Royal Tenenbaums though I have seen it many times before. Other than that I recently saw Resident Evil: Appocolypse. Now I have tyo say I was expecting a good film. After the first RE flick the second had high standards, at least with me. The second film however failed misserably to meet even the slightest ofd my expectations. If any of you have seen this film, I would like to formaly appologize since im sure the writer/producer and the director wont do us that favor. As well as anyone who thinks they want to see it, please save yiour money and see something better, perhjaps Garden Sate.

Shaolin Soccer, The Chronicles of Riddick, and I, Robot.

Nothing special. Although Bridget Moynahan is hot.

I watched I Spy last night, eddie murphy gets less funny each movie he does... I think Raw is the best one. [and its stand-up] I went to the movie store today, but didnt see anything worth watching. Maybe next week there will be something good to rent.
Is the Chronicles of Riddick worth the wait Anduril? I liked the first one but that seens like years ago.
Thranduil, cool. I still think Michael Madsen is the best at being a mobster, I wish that he was in more movies.

Titanic

sigh, Horatio Hornblower's in that one too (just disguising himself as fifth lieutenant Lowe, I believe; the one who went back at the end in the boat and rescued Rose)

Hehehe, watched a lot of movies lately. Let's see if I can remember them all.

- Garfield
- Spiderman 2
- Unbreakable
- Signs
- Catch me if you can
- Knallharte Jungs (which is a German movie)

I'm sure that I forgot some .... hmmm, but I think I liket Unbreakable and Signs the most. I have to go to the cinema watching "The Village". Definitely.

hey, the quick reply button keeps opening the reply window instead of letting you quick reply :-(

Signs was so good I bought the DVD and then watched in on tv last "free" weekend. Ominous.

Sad. But not as sad as The English Patient.

The Prince & Me (or Prinsen & Jag as they say in Sweden )

It was entertaining, fairly predictable, light-hearted and pretty good (if you want a light-hearted movie). Julia Styles was quite good as the beautiful love interest. There was only one dumb scene that I can recall, where Julia's character, who works at a pub, it pointlessly dancing around with her shoes off when she was supposed to be working. It was out of character. The romance was also a bit rushed at the beginning, but whatev. But I won't spoil the rest for you, go watch if you like light, romantic movies.
