I have tried. I just can't find inspiration. Maybe Arathorn can have a go, he's better at it than me.

Not really, but if you insist...
(though not from Moulin Rouge) Mumak (originally Woman by John Lennon) Mumak I can hardly express, My fascination like what Samwise says After all you won't fit in any dress And mumak I will try to express My love for oliphaunts who remember no less The fact that I do collect them, can you guess oooh well, well, oooh well, well, Mumak I hope you understand This little hobbit who thinks just like Sam Please remember to bathe whenever you can And mumak hold me close with your trunk Even when muddy and though you stunk After all we both walk like we were drunk oooh well, well, oooh well, well, Mumak please let me explain, I never meant(t) to show my shame or disdain So let me pat you again and again and again, I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever, Sam loves you (yeah, yeah) now and forever, I love you (yeah, yeah) now and forever, Sam loves you (yeah, yeah)....

LOL, Cirdan. write the rest! er, yeah. anyway. I should go write some, except that a. I don't know very many songs, and b. I have to write a scene for school, and if I don't get it done I'm doomed. . . Maybe this summer, after I graduate, if I don't end up with two jobs. . .no, I'll think of some more sooner than that.

Oh goodie! Another Billy Joel song! Please finish it Cirdan. I have another one that's bursting to come out like Ainur off Eru's thoughts.

Um, Arathorn, are you always online, 24:7? Sorry, it just seems like it. . .
I just decided to do one from Octopus's Garden. . .Galadriel's Lorien, or something like that. It might take me a while. . .especially considering I'm bad with getting the syllables and rhymes and stuff right in my songs.

Nope. But I have A PC that's usually up in the office. Also, I was just wondering the same about you.
BTW, here's another Beatles song: Here Comes The One By Arathorn (based on "Here Comes The Sun" by George Harrison) Here comes the One, here comes the One And I say with Frodo Little hobbit it's been a long dark daunting journey Little hobbit it feels like butter on too much bread Here comes the One, here comes the One And I say unmake it Little hobbit I know nazgul have hurt you dear Little hobbit it seems like years since we left Bree Here comes the One, here come the One And I say it's your fight One, One, One, here it comes Gone, gone, gone, when he comes One, One, One, here it comes Gone, gone, gone, when he comes One, One, One, here it comes Little hobbit the blade of ice ain't really meltin' Little hobbit it seems like fear is still quite near Here comes the One, destroy the One And I say yes that's right! Here comes the One, destroy the One Yes that's right! Yes that's right!

*claps* It's great! Yay, Beatles songs... More music that I actually know.
And about being online constantly, I am, so I shouldn't talk. . .well, not quite constantly, but pretty often! Every chance I get, that is. Especially since last week when there was no school on Friday, so I spent literally all day at entmoot, except for going to the library in hopes that the books I put on hold were in (Unfinished Tales, two hoME books. . .)

Thanks Glorfindel; though I wouldn't go that far. Here are 2 songs by one of my favorite bands:
The Corrs! The first is so perfect for Eowyn to sing to Aragorn that I did not touch it: What Can I Do? (The Corrs - Talk On Corners) I haven't slept at all in days It's been so long since we have talked And I have been here many times I just don't know what I'm doing wrong (Chorus) What can I Do to make you love me What can I do to make you care What can I say to make you feel this What can I do to get you there There's only so much I can take And I've just got to let it go And who knows I might feel better If I don't try and I don't hope (Chorus) No more waiting, no more aching No more fighting, no more trying... Maybe there's nothing more to say And in a funny way I'm calm Because the power is not mine I'm just gonna let it fly... (Chorus) Love me... This next one I adapted from "Dreams" which was originally sung by Fleetwood Mac but revived well by the Corrs. It's a song I suppose from Saruman to Sauron. I call it: Palantir Visions Now here you go again, you say you want your ring back Well who am I to keep you down It's only right that you should send your wraiths to fetch it But listen carefully to the sound [Bridge] Of the halfling steps That draw closer and drive you mad In the stillness of Barad-dûr where you stand And where you lost And what you had And what you lost [Refrain] Thunder only happens when you're reigning Ologs only love you when they're praying Say, Uruks they will come and they will go When the Ring-wraiths find the One you'll know, you'll know Now here I go again, I see Palantir visions I keep my visions to myself It's only me who wants to wrap around your dreams and Have you any dreams you'd like to tell Dreams of halfling steps... [Bridge] [Refrain thrice] You'll know, whoa-o-oa, you'll know

to the tune of "Blackbird" by the Beatles
Ringwraith riding in the dead of night, find the magic ring and fly away In your strife, you were only waiting for this hobbit to arrive. ringwraith fly, into the dark of the shroud of doom. Ringwraith chasing after Arwen fair, watch her speeding steed fade away In your strife, you were only waiting for this hobbit to arrive. ringwraith fly, into the dark of the shroud of doom. Ringwaith flaling in the charging wake, leave your broken steed and learn to walk failed your task you will never catch the hobbit Frodo alive ringwraith leave, into the dark of the shroud of doom.
