I burned the crap out of my hand yesterday and then i find out the aloe vera we keep in the back is gone And one of my coworkers starts freaking out because she cut her finger. and complains about it all day long. then I had 30 minutes of overtime because my boss doesn't know how to write a schudle(sp) and only one person came in at 1:00 (central us time) and the next one didn't come in until 4 and she was running late!
I need a new job cause i'm tired of the bullsh/t that goes on around there.

Yeah Acally, I'd hit the pavement and look for a new one.
VENT!- My tooth is killing me evn more today! I got only a few hrs of sleep, woke up in excruciating pain, and now it even hurts to swallow my own saliva. Luckily I talked my grandma into giving me a couple of her Vicoden and seems to help, only slightly though. I really, and I mean really, don't have the money to see a dentist right now. Hell, I don't have the money for a gallon of gas let alone oral surgery. I wish I lived in Canada.

So I want to buy this book...but the cheapest it is online is US$500. And if I get it interlibrary loan from Princeton or Pittsburgh or somewhere, it would be 700 oversized pages to photocopy.

I get so tired, exhausted, fed up, frustrated and worn down; by people who take information in posts as though one were trying to brain wash them into accepting a point of view.
Everyone has an opinion, not everyone has all the facts and providing those facts or alternate views in a post is only done to inform.

Arrh! Vent, sort of.
Sometimes it is so damn hard to try & make people see someone else's truth as well... It is possible that both sides have their truths and misunderstandings each, but they just can't see with the eyes of the other. Family arguments, gotta love 'em... My dad is really hard to get on with... Even if he does have a point, and mostly he does, he just won't talk about it. Plainly saying no, or going by the "you didn't do as we agreed you would, son" routine - heck, it's the easiest thing to do. But we need to talk, dammit, need to talk to understand each other, or at least to try - in this specific case, 1. what is son's point and why is it important to him, and 2. what is dad's point in being worried about son's exams and saying no to something else. Here my mum and I come into the picture - mum talking to dad and calmig him down, me talking to bro and calming him down, and now they can talk to each other and maybe even reach a compromise. *sigh* All in all, success.

What, the family argument I presented to let my frustration out?
Anyway. They did reach a compromise. Happy.

*shakes head at self* Listening to 'Bad Day' is not a good way to start a work-day. *shakes head again*

VENT:
Why do roleplayers seem to treat Rum like a godsdamn mirical cure? Just because Jack Sparrow needs to be constantly drunk doesn't mean it's good for you! I'm just a bit upset about this. My grandfather drank himself to death, and while I'm not harping on it or using it as an excuse, I really want roleplayers to remember that ALCOHOL is HARMFUL! jeez, you people. |

Vent: All these claims people are making that Dan Brown copied their work in his De Vinci Code really are pathetic and annoying.
