To add the pic as an attachment, it has to be under 10KB. At the bottom of the window when you're adding a new post, there's an "Attach file" feature, where you can browse and upload one from your computer.
You can also link to a website by adding [ img] [ /img] around the url (without the spaces.) Ex: (quote this post to see)
