I got to do some yoga and weight lifting today (pansy weight lifting
 --I just do 5-10lb... I'm not trying to get bulky, I just like to feel my muscles engaging)... it was sooooooooo nice. I'd forgotten how much I missed it, and I'm going to try my hardest to make a little time for it. Just 15-20 minutes a day would be fine by me.I definitely need to get back into doing the yoga again like I was before. I'd also forgotten how it always makes me want to sing!!!! I wish I hadn't done it at 9 pm after everyone else was in bed . I don't know why, but yoga always makes me want to start singing. O.o |

O.o I did it. I got a refurbished iPod nano with my birthday money, because my old mp3 player has finally gone to meet the great AAC file in the sky... which would be ironic because it couldn't play AAC files, making putting most of the music I bought onto it a bit of a pain... but not unmanageable.
I miss it.  It was nice and sturdy feeling, and it served me well for 4 years.Now I'm gettin' an 8 gig nano. It'll be nice... it will make learning some of my music a little easier since it will be a LOT easier to move my voice lesson recordings over onto an apple-compatible mp3 player, and the mp3s I get from iTunes to study my arias. Not to mention it just makes life easier to take to have an mp3 player with you, especially when you're stuck at school from 8 a.m. till 10 p.m. some days. I'm stoked. |

That's great Willow! ^_^Oh my goodness, oh my goodness! I got into the finals of Qmasters. It's a competition based on IQ, EQ, resume and personal assessments. Only 50 out of 20.000 people who entered get in. And I just entered for fun too (I like taking tests) I'm so excited! This might unexpectedly land me a pretty good job too! Oh my goodness!

I'm having fun writing my novel. It's going a lot easier than expected! I think it's because I didn't plan it out very much. I've just been letting the characters write the story for me. It's funny, because I throw them together, and they can only react the way their personalities make them react. And I'm just good enough at steering stories along now that it works out, somehow. It's really fun.

Huzzah, got a significant chunk of my thesis done last night! Looks hopeful for getting the rough draft out by the deadline.
