Merry, you dummy. It was a fight between ME and Mirkwood. Hector was just along for the ride. EA, I'll post the story. I think it's on...er...page six I think...

In his recent report, as usual, the turn-coat turned news reporter has once again failed to do his research! We recieved a report shortly there after from the Mirkwood correspondent that the diplomat suffered a broken nose, and since he went face first into the doorframe of the TeaCup VIP room, that it has been taken as an act of Human aggression towards Mirkood.

Shortly after that event, President Hector gave public approval of General Sane's battle against bigotry and went to battle on the invite of General Sane in order to show support for the Men, Women and Dwarves of all denominations fighting on the field. Reports have just come in that the president is on the field after a successful battle in driving the Mirkwood warriors back to their Citadel, and is currently resting along with the rest of the troops.

This has been your ACCURATE update on the newest event of the TeaCup.

We have received word from a reporter in the field that the Mirkwood side seems to be having the most trouble with this treaty, but are making valiant progress to bring their noses down a few notches, as required by the treaty.

This clause was added by Entmoot’s President, Hector Berlioz, as he reminded all parties that for that reason, this war was even declared. In our previous broadcast at the outbreak of this war, we reported that Mirkwood declared war when its diplomat walked Face First into a doorframe after insulting President Hector, resulting in the breaking of the diplomat’s nose. Said diplomat was at the peace table, his nose looking slightly bent, but on the mend.

King Thranduil has also pledged to have his son, Prince Legolas, be the new ambassador, claiming that his son “had more empathy, and understanding of mortals” than any of his current diplomats, though he asked for added protection from rabid fan girls, to be provided by General Sane. This was accepted by President Hector and General Sane, and the two sides shook hands and toasted this newly made peace, as celebrations resound throughout the Elven realm and echo back from the heart of Entmoot!

General Sane, President Hector and their proud alliance of Men, Women, Dwarves and Elves will ride back to the Teacup in a Victory Parade, to be toasted and have a great celebration. Those that also distinguished themselves in this first open war of Entmoot’s history are Field Commander Me9996 and the newly promoted Lieutenant General Jammi567, who shall be sent back to look after the troops and see that the trade routes remain open.
