Anyway, I have a weird and random question. If your mother had a sister, that would make her the kid's aunt. Then if the aunt married, that would be the uncle. Would the uncle's parents be related to the kid? I don't even know why I'm asking this...

O.K. but who's the kid? The uncle's parents (and any possible prior kids) that came with the marriage have no blood relation to "The Kid." (I like that moniker; very gangsta in a 50's kind of way). But the aunt 's and new uncle's new kids between them WILL have blood ties to The Kid. But, even though there is no blood relation going on between The Kid and the new uncle, there is marriage relation (because of The Kid's mother's sister) which is, indeed, relative. As in, those are The Kid's family now, so no kissing allowed, 9if the new uncle brought kids into the family from a previous marriage) or that's what society insists, anyway. Don't tell Woody Allen; I think he still wants to hold onto Soon Yi.
