Lets clear this up. 'Romulan beer' is the slang version for 'Runnin-along beer' which refers to beer you drink in a hurry. Beer is pronounced beer unless enough beer has been consumed that it begins to sound like 'bear' then you need to remember that the "The Great Bear" is another way of referring to Ursa Major which, funny enough, has a bunch of stars in it. These stars are huge and would squish you if given the chance. This is why we drink beer in a hurry.
