Uh, six years ago. But it was my dad who got me that chocolate, he was there last month. Silly man bought Swiss despite being in Belgium

I visited your country the Netherlands four years ago.

But seriously, it's not even really an opera thing. We tend to view a lot of pop singers the same way.

Four months ago.

I may be coming back to Europe next August. I want to travel around and see some places I didn't get to see while I was there.

I really hope I could be able to meet up with you then! Can't guarantee, but I'll try ...

That would be fantastic! If you can't, maybe I can add Norway to the list of places I want to see.

You should! It's beautiful for all accounts I've heard

Jonathan, I'm shocked. You got chocolate last month and you still have some left?!?

I can't decide whether I feel hot or cold. With blanket it's too hot, but without it it's too cold... >_< *sneaks up on Sane and attempts a loving tackle*

One thing is for certain concerning chocolate. While the Belgians make the most exquisite, high quality chocolate there is, no one can compete with the mouthwatering, everyday, buy-in-your-local-shop chocolate that we make here in Norway *Drools unashamedly*
Snickers, Kit-Kat (what a horrible chocolate that is!), Mars, etc, etc, (I've tasted it all!) they don't even come close to affordable, everyday chocolate made by Freia. You need to taste it! It's so good! *Drools again*

It's perfect! Not too light, but kind of dark. Not too soft either, so that it remains hard for a while, and you can really kinda taste the chocolate before it starts disintegrating. It's just the right amount of biting leverage, and you can always break the chocolate into smaller sections because they've been 'pre-divided' into columns of 10-12 by 3, so it works perfectly as chocolate in a big cup for everyone to take from It doesn't taste cheap, there's no boring, kinda greyish taste to it. Not like KitKat which tastes like your chewing cardboard! Neither is it too sweet so you won't ever tire of it It's perfect!

You do realise that over here, Belgian chocolate is also mouthwatering, everyday and buy-in-your-local-shop, right?

And we get to profit from that as well! Though I'm not a big fan of chocolate. I prefer peppermint or crisps. Liquorice is good too, especially with winegums.

Great, now I am starting to drool myself...
Better get off to bed now. Good night all!

I'm sooooo excited because I met my new voice teacher today.

I explained to him that I wasn't sure how far my voice could take me, but that I wanted to push it to the limits and see where things went.

So he saw where I was headed, and he just said, "Look, if you don't have what it takes, I'll tell you. It'll just be my opinion, but if I think you don't have the dedication or the vocal chops to make it anywhere, I'll tell you straight out."

FINALLY. Geeze.

He said that he's just bluntly honest, and that I'll probably hate him soon enough, but that at least I'll know what he really thinks. Which is fine by me... I ended up almost hating my last voice teacher (as a teacher) because she wasn't getting me where I wanted to go and because she wouldn't TELL me things.... so if I hate this guy, whatever... I just want to see where he can get me.

I hope I can handle it . I think I can... it may not be fun, but hey... I'm willing to try anything for the sake of progress.

LOL. Customers tend to have some crazy stories. So do some cashiers I know...

Actually, so do some Help Desk.. people. I don't know what I am, technically.

But recently, they put a film on the inside of the windows in our building which makes them one-way windows. From the outside, it just looks like a mirror, but it's on a building, so you know it's a window.

Randomly today, this guy comes up to my boss's window and starts grooming himself. He was combing his beard! It was SO funny! We just sort of watched him.. and laughed really hard. He walked off, then came back to ask us a question about where something is (our downtown square is REALLY confusing). It was great!

Chocolate. Every region has some.

We have a local chocolate shop...most places I've lived have had one. people just need to find the good ones.

So...fancy chocolates. I like creams and caramels, myself. Hate anything with fruit middles.
