no, i'm tall (5' 10") with long, dark, brown- almost-black hair, pale skin. you're right though, no glasses, no braces, and a few freckles. i'm not slender, but i'm not heavy at all either. just....sterdily-built lol

eowyn lady of rohaan: medium height, with light brown or dark blonde hair (long), no glasses or braces, thin but sterdy, with green eyes or something like that

Hah! Well... I'm not quite that old... you can see me in the 'Entmooter Picture Links' thread - along with the fam. When I FIRST started posting here, I always used the 'Ranger' icon... because of my big-time interest in the Northern Dunedain (Aragorn included, of course)... once I reached 500 posts and picked the title that went with my username, it seemed natural to switch to the 'wise old king' - so I've used that ever since.

And now all these people are posting about how they used to use these certain icons when they were newbies... but I just keep using them away! Hmmm... it hasn't even been six months since I joined... am I STILL a 'newbie'? When are you not anymore? A certain amount of time? Or a certain amount of posts? When you stop using the icons? When you stop posting in just the 'Welcome thread'?

I usually reckon: "When you stop asking whether you're a newbie."

It's not because I didn't consider myself a newbie anymore that I stopped using that gollum-icon. I considered myself a newbie for a very loooooong time. I just started to forget to use those icons until I stopped completely without actually noticing I did.

I remember Ruinel and Lin (I think) saying that they always thought of me as an 8th grader in some thread in the Middle Earth forum. Can't remember quite what or why but something fairly comical arose out of this misconception.


Anyway, I'm curious too, what did other people envision me as?
