You're trying to regulate your endorphins. Pick a time and substitute a bout of exercise or something that makes you laugh out loud. At first, just commit to none of the items during movie time and watch 'the Great Race' or something. If you can clean out one time of day, then you can start working on others.

It's a hard thing, but you've done harder.

I actually did the whole, "I am going to starve myself because I'm stupid," my first semester, and yes... my voice crapped out on me, at which point I panicked enough to return to common sense.

I'm no health expert, but I eat relatively healthily. Lots of salads, avoid sodas, never touch coffee, avoid candy for the most part (except for chocolate every once in a while ^_^), and try to stay away from things that the labels say have excessive amounts of sugar/corn stuff.

I do love me some frozen pizza though. >.>

recently my step dad was in a motorcycle accendent so theres no income coming from him so I might get a full ride to there...and If i do im going to find out how many classes I can take without killing myself in homework...lol their classes are amazing

Cockatiels are wonderful creatures. Champion snugglers too. It's fun to watch him play with the sprinklers; He's just like a 6inch tall kid.
