Me and my board* just decided that all Mooters are now vulnerable to the Teacup Tax. Everytime you buy chocolate here, you have to pay a special tax if you sit in a certain position by the windows eating chocolate. And the reason is that bypassers have been extremely offended by the sight of cafe diners staring out the window with chocolate plastered on their face.
*Literally, it's a piece of 2 x 4 ...

Why would I save you from the evil taxman when I'm the one who imposed the law in the first place?

ALL participants of this Cafe are subject and bound by Law to pay the tax...it's "stuck to" the purchase, you can't avoid it. If you buy chocolate but end up sitting somewhere solitary, you have to get a tax refund by filling out a form that will be available behind the counter, send it to:
YETI HIMALAYAS, TIBET ABC 123 In about a year or so, you'll get a reminder that you must now renew your form, and send it again. If you never end up getting your refund, you can call me on my cell phone: 123-155-847-948-029-482-091-220-222-352-786-453-123-2941259757391414953930963660000525250-25252-24128492529527592236131...if you can get through, that is... ...I wouldn't despair about sending the forms in though, they usually get to you fairly fast...
