Orlando Bloom..... have I meantioned lately that I'M A GIRL!!!
And 13.... well..... I have nothing to say......

Lal: Long, auburn, curly hair, brown eyes, elf-like: pointed ears. Like not pointed really but kinda sharp.
Well nearly right..... my hair is straight.... never goes curly..... and the ears. Well I don't look at them oftern......

Eowyn: I picture you kinda like Eowyn.... must be the avatar. Long-ish blond hair with maybe green eyes. Very graceful.

He knew that, it says more about Orlando in wig than you.

And I picture you as the guy on your avatar. I sometimes do that, but not always. Like Falagar; I don't think he looks like Tolkien. Or maybe he does?
Could be. But before that I had Rackham the red's flag (white skull above two bones laid in cross on black background)...then again, I am Death.

Lal, how do you envision me? Fal, same question. Anyone else, same question.
Hard one...think I'll go with Lal, blonde hair and much like the Eowyn in the movie.

Yeah... when are you getting that back. Not that I don't like your current av. Cos I do, it's just with everyone having the same avatars, it confuses me.... more than usual!!!

I remeber that one too, yes. But I rather picture you like Tolkien than like a skull.

So Death lives in Norway. Should have known.

Greenland got Santa, the Easter Islands got the Easter Bunny and Norway got Death.

And I remember my first and longest living avatar, back in the days when I was serious.

No, that park's a fake! Last time I heard they even had to fire some of the Elves... Everybody knows that Santa lives on the North pole (or, during summer, Drammen ).

I am, it's almost like I feel young again when chatting with you children.

Oh well.. I think we've come a bit out of topic here..

This is my picture of Eowyn, Lady of Rohan: A girl with long, blonde hair, kinda skinny. Like Lal said, but with blue-grey eyes.

The Christmas Islands should have Santa in that case.
Sweden got Death, he hangs around and plays chess with us from time to time (see 7th Seal).

If Santa could live as far south as Finland, he'd live in Sweden. You Finns always try to take Santa from us and claim him of your own

ha!! I wish. graceful, sure I guess, blond hair? no. green eyes would be nice, but sadly not. And my hair is shoulder length now, if you count that as long. Unfortunatly I don't look like what you just described.

I picture Nerdanel as a big yellow smiley face holding a flag. Must be her avatar.

Pretty close Lin! I must type like I look or something.

I do have light brown hair, but it's medium length, and I have hazel eyes (I like to think they're lovely though ). And I'm 20, and of average height (for a Canadian anyway). But close enough.

I remember that one Falagar, and back when you were serious. It's why I was so taken aback when I saw your actual pic.

That's not really true. I'm not yellow, but I am holding the Finnish flag.

And Jonathan, why would Santa live in a country like Sweden?

Santa lives in Finland. And that's that.

You know, it's hard to face the truth that not everyone here is a fifteen year old tolkien adict with latex ears and a homemade cloak. I think I can now accept the fact that adults can be tolkien adicts too.

Well, I was a Tolkien addict at 16, and am now 48, and when I was 16 into Tolkien, I was of a rare breed.

you know though, when i first started posting here, everyone is so intelligent (especially on the tolkien threads) that i thought i was one of the youngest here! imagine my suprise when i found out that there were a lot of kids younger than me!
let's see, how do i picture you all?...

SGH: blonde, tall, in a donna reed-style dress with a violent expression and holding a stick

Falagar: hmmm, i kinda pictured you like this guy i know (but that doesn't help anyone here
) but you used to have that pirate flag avatar, so that's how i thought of you

hectorberlioz: now, i still don't know how old you are, but i keep picturing you as this beetoven-like guy in your mid-forties in a very neat apartment

nurv: short, with blonde hair and glasses and a smile-y face

jonathan: short, with really short hair and steely blue eyes

hobbit: um, like a hobbit...

rian: a mom, blonde, petite, wearing a ponytail

hope i didn't offend anyone- remember, these were my FIRST impressions of you guys!
so, what about me?

Well, very blonde, about 5'7, no violent expression, and jeans and t-shirts usually. There is a terrible pic of me on the 'Picture links' thread. I look like a sun burned ghost.
