You can bake apples, Mari. I usually take the core out and fill it with, more or less struesel topping, then wrap it in foil and set it in the coals. Nummy.

Rian, I have a raclette maker. Kinda silly, but fun for groups.

Hmmm, I never attempted to bake apples other than for applepies. I like applepie. And applecake! But no one likes my applecake. Too sweet they say.

And I forgot to say that in Zermatt, they served it with pickled onions, too - really delicious!

Sis, I've never heard of a raclette maker before - had to look it up. It sure brought back nice memories of nights in Zermatt after a day on the slopes Try it with pickled onions sometime!

I pickle my own onions...but I eat them alone, which is not the best way to eat raclette.

Still, I couldn't figure out if he was really dead or not. I mean, he was taken away in an ambulance, not in a hearse.

Ditto here and there was no blanket over him, so I was thinking if he had survived. But when they started talking about him in past tense, then it was rather evident.

Yeah, it's one of the better murder mysteries on TV in my opinion.
