Hey Nurvs, why don't you get her that beer and I'll bring in a plate of her favorite food.
*gives SGH a magic plate that has her favorite food on it* Guys, I must say that all these conspiracy things are just totally confusing to me - to me, it's very obvious why people get banned - their own choices as to how they post (usually repeated flaming) are what do it. I always thought the only reason that the reasons behind banning were kept quiet was that the mods were being as nice as possible to the offender - kinda keep it quiet and behind the scenes, to make it the least embarassing as possible. But maybe that's not the best way to deal with it anymore - maybe it's just better to have a permanant thread at the top of GMs that says "Banned Status" or something, and if someone gets banned, then their name and the reason goes in there, and the length of the ban, too, so we know when they'll be back. At least that way, there's not these odd conspiracy things floating around. Maybe you mods/admins could consider that. I don't know what's worse - to have a thread like that, or to try to deal behind the scenes with it and then have conspiracy theories going around.

Since Sister Golden Hair's here right now (Ciao, Janet!), I'd just like to explain, make it quite clear to you all that I do not in any way feel that I have been "pushed out," or any other such nonsense. I'm taking a break of my own volition, nobody's pushing me anywhere. Also, I have nothing but respect for the mods and admins, and always have.
Let me repeat, I have nothing but respect for the administration and moderating staff of this forum, especially Earniel, SGH, Valandil, Hobbit, Ben Milder, and others and that this has always been the case, and remains so. I just really, really do not want to take my "vacation" with people thinking that I have some sort of grudge or problem, or that I am somehow being a bad girl, because I do not, and am not, and haven't been. I merely need a break, you guys! I love Entmoot, but I need a protracted hiatus from spending so much time at my computer, mooting. I just really, really want everyone to realise that this is why I'm taking a break, it has nothing to do with anything else other than the fact that I'd like a long break, and get out of this habit of excessive mooting. It's all good! I'll be lurking from time to time, but I have got to steel myself from spending so many hours in online forums when I ought to be getting some RL things done. Ciao for now, my moot homies! Keep it real, you guys; I'll be back after a while. Quitting mooting is going to be almost as hard as quitting smoking, I have a feeling. You guys are awesome, I'll be missing you all.

Have a good vacation, Lotesse .
Please don't leave, BB. I really don't want you to. The place wouldn't be the same without you. Sister Golden Hair, I think you, Spock and all the rest of you are doing such a good job with the VERY difficult situation Entmoot can often be. Managing websites where thread topics can easily intersect and keeping calm through all the big Entmoot fights, trying to keep everything orderly, has got to be no picnic at all. I really, really appreciate all of your contribution.

Oh, that's good and understandable Lotesse. Your previous post made me think you found the atmosphere intolerable here all of a sudden. ( ) Enjoy your vacation... and your symptoms of withdrawal!
For the record, nobody got banned recently, have they? Crazy Squirrel? BB? Whenever somebody gets banned, I always miss it. Captain Morgans! *helps self* Oh, I'll fetch us some Coke.

Well I thank you for that Lief. I know that most of the mooters do appreciate the job the staff does. And we appreciate your support. It's important for a thriving, happy community such as Entmoot. We have our moments as do most boards, but this is usually a happy and friendly place, and I hope it stays that way.
Lotesse, good luck and hope to see you again.

*everyone hears large chorus singing in the large, usually empty concert hall wing of the Teacup*
Manda liet, Manda liet, min geselle chumet niet.

TB (to orchestra and chorus) No, no no No NO! Wrong one! It's supposed to be this one!
*chorus and orchestra begin familiar tune; Where have you heard it before?* O Fortuna velut luna statu variabilis, semper crescis aut decrescis; vita detestabilis nunc obdurat et tunc curat ludo mentis aciem egestatem potestatem dissolvit ut glaciem.

"O Fortuna" is from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. It is also the theme for the greatest Arthurian legend movie of all-time - Excalibur.
*sings O Fortuna*
