It had been a hard day’s night when the Daytripper met Eleanor Rigby in Penny Lane.
Then the Paperback Writer and Lady Madonna said let's Come Together after the others Get Back from hearing The Ballad of John and Joko. There was this fellow who worked Eight Days A Week and yet he needed some Help! to get onto The Long and Winding Road for he had no Ticket To Ride but the ticket-collector said We Can Work it Out! so the fellow said that he felt Free As A Bird even tho his buddies at home thought his was cheap saying You Never Give Me Your Money. He, on arrival, was handed a letter signed From Me To You where his girlfriend told him I Feel Fine, ending it with I Want To Hold Your Hand . And in the postscript wrote about a little surprise which was awaiting him on his return I Want You (She's So Heavy). The Girlfriend, who was Polythene Pam surprised him indeed when She Came In Through the Bathroom Window, via the Octopus's Garden singing Here Comes the Sun, and she had eaten too much of Cayenne so she began a Cry For A Shadow which seemed confusing to him too, but yet he claimed All You Need Is Love and his cousin who was sitting in the Living-room shouted the obvious, She Loves You and he asked the cousin Tell Me Why and she and the cousin said it was due to the Things We Said Today. Another fellow thought dishonesty Cant Buy Me Love but later thought I Should Have Known Better Because a friend of his said You Can't Do That. Her Majesty was entertained by Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, playing Ain't She Sweet and Besame Mucho. The band had been hired by The Sheik of Araby.
