funny, i was just thinking how old bumble, the king's man, will probably end up liking all the nazgul characters at this rate ... the charming chancellor, the more than merely just charming lilly

CS, Udu had some plans for her.

TD, Monday will be fine. By the time Maethor meets with Khamul, he will probably be ready to kill Lilly.

Thanks, BB. Yes, they are canon names, taken from "Aldarion & Erendis" in UT. And the last sentence is from the "Notion Club Papers" - I have edited to post the translation.

Gordis, yes, that is what he is planning to do, get her drunk and quiet. Looks like there is nothing Bumbledore and Fernik can do except find a wain or carriage to take her back to Orrodel.

That was an outstanding post today about the Numenorean ships. I really enjoyed reading it.

As for moving the Squirrel home, isn't it more knightly to carry her to Orrodel ? Yes she must be rather heavy, but you are three...

I don't think Lilly will be bespelled for long... She is no mortal, her ring should protect her to an extent, or enable her to recover quickly.

And what about Buz-Penny? He is getting drunk somewhere at the docs... What if he comes to look for his Lilly?
