I think she just logged off, Toby! She's actually Miss Earniel, our #1 moderator lady - and she loves loves, loves frogs and newts, amphibians like that. It does sound like your trying to open a pet shop of sorts, Earniel; is that what you were talking - er, venting about?

Eärniel - You could just put the newts in Sir Watkyn's bathtub until their pond is ready. And I'm sure Gussie Fink-Nottle would be willing to help you with them.

The newts are in our garden. It's early spring here and they'll be waking out of hibernation and seeking water. But with all the work in the shop I've been neglecting my duties here and the pond hasn't been readied for them. Due to bad and cold weather I haven't been able to clean it out after winter, there are still some dead leaves, dead waterplants and algae that has to be removed. And I simply do not have the time.

I can't stand it when everyone tries to get on your nerves once they find out you don't feel good. They try to be as loud as possible or turn on the brightest lights in the house when you have a major migraine.
And little brothers are often the worst of the bunch! (Or at least mine is!)

I know all about little brothers. For me, it was easy. Punching him sorted out his attitude.

I wished that still worked on my brother. Now he is almost as big as me (we are only three years apart) so instead of going off crying to my dad and leaving me alone he tries to hit back. But of course, he cant win because you can never beat your big sister. She watched you grow up and knows all the best tricks! :-D

Minor vent: why do all the funny things happen in the end of the month, when you have no money? Why can't it all happen when you've got your study allowances and have something to spend?XD

Oh, I see.
I wondered what that was. Vent: Finger still hurts from tripod collapsing. Cut up my left ring finger bad, because the leg on the new tripod I bought wouldn't "de-telescope" until all of a sudden. I think I won't be using on my camera anytime soon!

All my teachers decide they will move all tests to today when i had no prior notice because i was gone to AFI (which they knew about and still moved all the tests) on friday when everyone else was reviewing. >:-# grr!
My dog wont shut up! (I love her, but it should be illegal for anything to be that loud for that long!) And to top it off (today anywayz) i am sick of hearing (or seeing, if you want to get technical) so many of my own complaints. It starts to become depressing. :-(

Question: Was Erikson a Viking, or something simular? It seems like a name i am supposed to know.

Leif Ericson was born around 980 A.D. Lief Ericson was born in Iceland near what is now known as Budardalur. In about 985 Leif and his family sailed to Southern Greenland, and his father founded a settlement that is near Julianehab. In 999 Leif sailed to Iceland and to Norway, where he became a Christian. A year later he returned to Greenland, and preached Christianity to his fathers pagan settlement. In about 1002 Leif sailed west of Greenland to find land that was sighted by Bjarni Herjulfsson. Some sagas explained Leif and 35 men landed at place that Leif named Hellund, which means flat rock land. Leif then sailed south to a land, with many trees which he called Markland, which means Forestland.
