THE COMMA FIGHTS BACK!

Due to the infestation of point this and point that, I have now started a campaign...

FOR THE KEEPING OF THE COMMA!!

Here is our campaign song.

We are the Commatists, my friend, and we wont be beaten in the end.

We are the Commatists, we are the Commmatists.

No time for Pointers cause we are the Commatists of the World.

Lord forbid, I've been here for 4, near 5 years already? Eh... Oh well, some damn fine memories from back in the day...

Oh wait, you asked me about my website earlier and I forgot to answer. Well, it's about a lot of stuff actually. (No, I'm not advertising. It's a free website, anyway.) I'm going to be editing some pages soon and merging a few pages together. Ignore the Whodunit?. I can't figure out how I solved it. There will be a new one up shortly. And by all means everyone post on The Blog! It's nice to actually have posts to read. Then there's polls, and a page with pictures of people wearing the most hideous outfits ever. Of course, there's also a Tolkien biography. Then the links page which links to other sites.

Anyway. *eats chocolate*

Fortunately I have a hidden supply of chocolate with macademia nuts, which I am willing to share. But I do suggest you help yourself quickly before I eat them all myself

Also, I want to go to Olive Garden, but we don't know if my boyfriend's mom will take us. We would go by ourselves, but we are poor college students.

I think he is asking for the link to it Merry, not the synopsis of the place.

Ah...
All you had to say was the link in your sig.
Apparently, I've already visited your site, and just didn't know it was your site. After all, I've told all of my friends about the irony mark (they think I'm insane).

It's a good website. I'll keep an eye on it.

All Mooters!

I just got a great idea to liven up the future history of Entmoot a bit.

All mooters, please refer to my RPG, which is quite aptly placed in the aptly named RPG Forum, "Entmoot I: National Emergency".

It's supposed to be real time, and I only created an RPG thread to keep the rest of the board tidy and so one would not have to jump from forum to forum and thread to thread to read it.

To summarize, it chronicles the invasion of an as yet unknown enemy of Entmoot and the capital city.

You know, for quite some time I've thought I was the only Commie who actually was for true Marxism (which I have to unfortunately remind you because you're always told otherwise favors direct democracy), with a revisionist, non-violent overthrow in mind.
Now, suppose I were to join the CPUSA because of what their constitution says. Do you think I should? There's nothing in it that has disagreed with any part of my ideology. But as I, too, am a wary individual, I'm a little reluctant to sign my life away to a communist party based on what their spiffy, red-on-black website says.
Any advice?

TB, my advice would be not to. And the reasons for that are:
a)The internet is a scary weird place. It is prudent to be careful about what holes you drill connecting it to yourself.
b)Minority political parties in this country are long on committee infighting and short on coalition building.
c)The CPUSA has an unfortunate history of having their people and goals co-opted by stronger forces.
d)Their version of history is highly debatable.
e)This is exactly the sort of public activity as a young person that winds up coming back to bite you in the a$$ when you're older. I would advise anyone with long term goals in the public policy arena to read odder materials only IN the library, and join nothing. Sad, but true. You do not get a chance to explain yourself against a whispering campaign. Stealth is the way to go while you are consolidating.

That's my opinion.
