Gollum and Gimli - you had better appreciate this.
 I temporarily changed my Avatar to the Canucks in support of Gimli and Gollum's hockey team. Since the Devils are out - I will support them. Of course last year - they did not support ME when all the Canadian teams were knocked out of the playoffs - but oh well.  I think I might have to make some change though to the avatar - it's too difficult to tell us apart.  I don't want to be mistaken for a person from the 51st State you know.

5-4 in Triple OT, yes. What gollumSomeNumberOrOther didn't point out was that the Canucks gave up a 4-0 lead and pleaded on their knees for an extra forty-five minutes of play just prior to that.

damn we lost but ya we didnt deseve to win it especially when we lose when were in 3rd plave to i think 5 or 6th place calgary(correct me if im wrong) and when we give up four goals to be forced into triple overtime. geuss ill cheer for either calgary, montreal or ottawa and if toronto wins the series im still not cheering for them

Well it doesn't seem like there are a lot of Toronto fans here...but I am. And it doesn't look like they're going to pass the second round. Philly is up on them 2-0 in the series...and I'd like to think that they can come back and win, but it's not looking like it'll happen. If they lose the series I'll probably cheer for either Calgary or Montreal...but I don't think either of them are going to win. The Leafs do stand a better chance than Colorado...what happened to them? They're not scoring at all.

Well I don't see Vancouver in the playoffs anymore. What happened to them? Oh ya...they got beaten...and the Leafs didn't.
Anyways...I'd like to see Toronto and Detroit in the finals. That would be a good series. |

The Leafs have just tied up the series with the Flyers, and, although I'd rather see Calgary win, Detroit is now tied with them and will probably beat them.

it pissed me off how the changed the schedual around and skipped out last Saturdays Hockey Night In Canada. So many people watch it regardless if their team is in it, but everything has to be made to fit the american vuewers schedual
