 Sorry to overwhelm you with questions just like that... but you see, you lured me back here to post. I'm envious of you! Because a trip to the US is going to be wonderful, I speak from experience. Hopefully, you'll have the summer of your life, just like I did. *hugs

Awww, thanks!
I'll be going there for vacation for a whole month. I haven't booked the plane yet or made solid plans, so I'm open to suggestions. It'll probably be a looooong time ere I can do it again, so everything I want to do, I have to put in that one month...

Which coast you wanna start out with?
(Differences in airfare... I, personally, have been to upstate NY; didn't get any further. Lack of time could've been solved, lack of money... not really.)

I have an offer of a room in Philadelphia and someone else offered me a place somewhere in Michigan, though I think it'll be a bit difficult to go all the way up there. I want to get to Tennessee and am looking into the possibility of visiting Austin, Texas. I have no idea where Katya lives, but it would be great if I'd get to meet her as well. Anyone up for a moot?

I can rent my flat for the time I'm in Morocco! 8) And a bit more..
I'm going abroad for almost all of October, so paying rent for that time feels stupid.. Paying rent atm feels stupid, since I more or less live with a friend of mine, but that doesn't count. At the same time I can offer a nice person (I spent the summer at the field station with her) a nice flat in a nice area with a very low rent. I'm glad this worked out. AND, we went orienteering tonight 8) Lot of mad running in a nice forest. Not much more you can ask from a Monday night. Well, maybe having a friend making dinner for you isn't too bad, either.
