Yes - 'Kings' is correct, and we have the speaker (Gandalf) - so there's only one word left to solve. Here's the quote, so it's on this page:

It's another name for 'Fornost' and 'Deadman's Dike'... the name for it most commonly used by the Shire Hobbits (I think) - while it still was anyway, and before it was destroyed.
