Actually there is a tube station called Queen's Park... Is the answer Regent's Park?

1.9 Charing Cross - that's a great clue

Correct indeed. You may proceed. And, yeah, I was rather witty there, wasn't I?

I checked thru the entire tube chart and couldn't find Q P. Where is it?

2.1 Tower of London

The screw may twist and the rack may turn
And men may bleed and men may burn
O'er London Town and its golden hoard
I keep my silent watch and ward.

2.2 - The Royal Family and severly mispronouned past sense of having taken in food.

Windsor Castle and Eton

2.3 - Swedish for "pissed" + Sugar *** Robinson.

Surrey (I assume from the next question)

2.4 - Manufacturer's gathering + shallow wet crossing place.

Guildford

2.5 - Surname of Superman's alias.

Kent (hooray!)

2.6 - Running around + covering with earth. + it has a famous place of worship.

Canterbury

2.7 - to deminish in value + door

Margate

2.8 - Wide steps

Can it be Broadstairs? My very own home town?

2.9 - Earthsorceress

Sandwich

3.0 - Famous for white hard coast.

Dover

How embarrassing if I get any of the Kent ones wrong...

2.0 - Collection of memorabilia of the City

Could this be as simple as London Museum?

1.1 East Sussex

1.2 Rye

1.3 Hastings

1.5 Eastbourne

By the way, none of these are actually "cities" except Canterbury and London - they're all towns. It doesn't matter, but it's just funny to hear a tiny town like Broadstairs referred to as a city
