So, I had another great course in the forest.. We were building a wind break of logs, learning how to fell trees and how to build stuff with the logs. It was a lot of fun..

That's me. XD

Our teacher was old-ish, but you couldn't guess based on the way he moved on the wet, slippery logs..

Sometimes you need a break..

.. and in the evening, you need a good sauna. The "pier" had sunk a bit under the water, though, and the water was cold.. Lovely, though.

A nice fire in the evening..

.. and a beautiful morning view.

A restless sky..

.. and a rainy work day.

It's nice to have courses in beautiful places.

Nerdy, do you have a fanmailing I can subscribe to?
Love them, as always. Especially 4 to 6.

Hehe.. Glad you like 'em, Mari! No fanmail, I'm afraid. Most of my stuff I put here and a smaller selection on my devArt page.

Just this one today.

Materials:
- a full moon
- a completely calm and clear night
- a silent place
- a lake or sea
- a pier or rock
- a warm cloak
- yearning for loneliness

Instructions:
Put on your cloak. Make sure no one follows you and go to the pier. Lie down on your back and enjoy the stars and the light from the full moon. Turn your head toward the moon and its reflection and let it fill your head.
You'll notice how solid ground disappears and you suddenly are floating in space, just you and the pier, calmly hanging around without hold. The Earth has disappeared, the only thing left is the moon and the stars, and islands, both above you and under you. You lose touch with everything and everyone, there's only you left.

And it's such a great feeling..
