AAAaaahhhh!!! Should have known coming back the first thing I'd do is mess up.
Yes, it's GreyMouser- Canadian spelling roots coming out. Anyway, as some of you old-timers will remember, I departed in something of a snit during the Ruinel business (without fully grasping all the facts). I've cleared that with SGH ( who I'm more firmly convinced is actually a cover-her real name must be Galadriel)- and it's good to be back. And I'd like to apologise to anyone else I offended at the time- it was an unfortunate situation, and things (me) got over-heated I've been dropping in now and then, but what started me seriously lurking was the "Narnia" movie. I was in desperate search of intelligent, insightful and above all informed commentary, and realised the best (only?)place was the 'moot. That's when I really started missing the place (nah, I'd been missing it all along-that just drove it home.) Good to see everyone again-SGH, see above; Nurvingiel, brownjenkins, InsidiousRex, keeping up the Good Fight; (I already pmed BeardofPants complaining that she's not around enough); Lief Erickson, these days you're living upto your namesake ; Gwaimir, your coming back was one of the main reasons I took the plunge; and, of course, simply, absolutely nothing more to be said- Rian. I 've read The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion and Roverandom. Of course I've alson seen several times the LoTR trilogy. It's nice to be here. Keep up the good work! |
