OOOOH I know this one! I think it did have something to do with peace between magical and non-magical people, but it was something else too. Something corny like winning some award or something *racks brain* dont have the books with me either.

Harry was 5 as dudley got a new red bike.
Then he was 9 and ripper want to bit him. The shorting had says he is perfectly for slytherin.... hermione are at the hospital wing ... and cho chang walks to him. But I'm not sure
