Dropping an 'unsuitable' friend can be hard. Sowwy.
Oh, and you can't be anywhere as annoying as Tessar was back in the day.

She, I hope you'll be fine. Getting to the point where you're no longer friends isn't nice.
Don't ever worry about bothering us though. We're not that easily bothered

Semi-vent - my oldest son is going to (try to) get his drivers' license tomorrow -
the good part is that it will mean a LOT less driving for me, esp. those double trips to school (pick up two youngest kids; come back two hours later and pick up sweaty older kid just finishing football practice; fumigate car) the bad part is that I'll worry about his driving. The good thing is that for a boy (especially one who loves football and mixed martial arts fighting), he's an unusually careful driver. The bad part is that he's just inexperienced, as is any new driver, and I'm gonna WORRY!!!!!!! *bites nails*

*guides Rian's hands away from her mouth and gives her a quick massage while chanting "relax, it'll be fine"*
What I know from people with a drivers license: they don't get dangerous until they are MORE experienced, because then they start to think "I've done this a 1000 times already, I can do this". I notice this with all of my friends (though they aren't that dangerous, because otherwise I'd never get in a car with them ) I hope he passes by the way!

I'm sure it's scary for parents when their kids start to drive. But, it's scary for us too! I am really nervous to drive, and i am probably getting my license in September, and I am terrified, and really excited. I am sure that everything will go fine and hope for all the best! Good luck!

Fne. A few days ago we'd rescued a frog pair from the road and put them in our pond, hoping they'd deposit the eggs. They were already in amplexus, you can't do any better than that. Imagine our surprise when the next day we saw eggs, toad eggs in the pond. But never mind, still marvelous news. Yeay! Toadlets! We've never had the chance to see toad eggs in our pond. I was looking forward to seeing them develop.
Then the next four days our pond is suddenly visited by a pair of ducks. DAILY. WTF? We've never had ducks in our garden, except that one confused one during the last solar eclipse 9 years ago. Why now all of a sudden!? Now I have one stirred-up, messy pond and I don't see the eggs anymore. WHYYYY!? No toadlets anymore.

Sorry Earniel.
That does indeed suck bigtime. Wildlife has a sense of bad timing that us human beings (and amphibian hybrids) will never understand.

Ugh. It turns out I have this weird medical issue. I was just going to ignore it until it went away, but now that looks like a bad idea. So now I can't get cold. Is it possible to live in Minnesota without getting cold?

Only if one BURNS EVERYTHING.
Sorry about you there, TF. The doctor is always a good idea though, in these situations.
