I agree... there needs to be more information about the candidates. Even though people have posted here and there about where they stand, it's difficult to wade through all the pages of this thread to read it. Perhaps people can put something in their sigs, temporarily to help out.

Oh, and as far as I know... Jonathan is the only one that has picked a running mate. But I'm not all too sure. And are Nurv and SGH actually running?

I hope you two will answer this, I'm still not sure, myself.

Yes, I am still running, and no, I have not chosen a running mate. I believe this thread was just to announce candidates or to nominate them. I think later, we will have a debating thread for the candidates or something along the lines of where the mooters can ask candidates their views and how they would handle issues and what they have to offer. This would be the campaign platform for the candidates. Then, at some point we can enable the poll feature and have the election. After that we will allow time for counting votes and tieing up any lose ends. You will have to see Hobbit's and FM's and the others take on this.

The King of Entmoot should be a role worth considering. The UK, runs both under a democrasy and monarchy, even though all the monarchy does is sign a few bits of paper now and again.

Never the less!, i think it should be another position worth considering. Just a little idea i had lol
