Correct, although I've never read a tolkien quiz book

It's the Inn that Bilbo meets the Dwarves at before they set off, and he's almost late because he oversleeps.

I checked again, and it's written, pretty clearly, Bango Baggins (Bengo maybe). And no, it's not Bilbo.
