I confirmed it over, and over, and over again. Just because I don't pen you a three-page dissertation back to you, doesn't mean I don't care. I wrote you back - oh, so sorry it wasn't a long, long PM like you wrote me. Please, please, please, PLEASE drop it BB, before our RPG gets shut down again.

BB - I've said in several places that I've tried to respond to your PM, but your box has been full. These were the same times when you were saying Lotesse hadn't responded to you. We can't respond to your PMs when your box is full
I'll try to PM you now, because your PM to me contained a big error that needs to be cleared up.

I'd like to propose something:
Given : 1. ALL of us want to continue playing out this wonderful RPG 2. Lotesse has said, "As I said three times, it would be nice if you decide to stay, sure I'd like that, and if you go, then you go, and that would be too bad." - which is as clear as clear, and also that she has responded to your PMs; 3. technological errors happen (they've happened to me here!) 4. This is now too complex to clear up EVERY detail, given the environment we're working with (typing in a discussion board!) I propose to ask those involved in the dispute to answer in ONE word: Do you wish to consider everything settled and continue the rpg with all players? Yes or no? I, for one, respond with a hearty "yes"!

I think an editing session would just be too time-consuming and counter-productive. I'd suggest just giving the one-word answer (hopefully "YES" from all ) and dropping everything else. That's MHO; but you do what you think is best I have to go make dinner now!

I said yes ten thousand times already, in ten thousand different ways, both here in public and in private PM, over the last ten thousand minutes.
Oh - one word, you said? O.K., then 'yes.' As long as this sort of thing NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN. EVER. EVER. EVER. EVER.

well, a few more words than one ...
but as far as I'm concerned, that's good enough to go on I'll consider rpg-Rian's response to Marty as I finish making dinner (but if there's one more blow-up here, rpg-Rian's gonna hightail it outta town! )

Gor said it was OK. Does it sound OK to all? Please, post, it seems we are over the swamp and on a firm ground again! I love your posts about Khamul. By the way, have you noticed that Viv deliberately prevented you from delving into Ray and Marty's minds too deep? Should Galadannun scold her perhaps? I have an idea: Khamul learned from Ray and Marty that they were going to the Chancellor's reception the next day, Sunday evening 7 PM. Val goes, his minders go, everyone of importance go. Isn't it a wonderful possibility to send invisible Vivvie to search the empty house? She is so skilled, she would leave no traces! Do you like the idea??? Lotesse? TD? Gor? Val? All? |

The game can, in my opinion, continue without rpg-Eärniel. If not, I will turn the character over to the group's control so my leaving will not damage the game any further than it is. The character is not killed so she can return from Nîn-In-Eilph at any point, should it be necesary. However, fair is fair and my decisions are not set in stone. Should this game be able to continue peacefully, without any more tantrums or unnecesary arguments, I may be able to consider rejoining. But in this, currently hostile, RPG-environment I find myself unable and unwilling to participate and moderate at the same time. Quote:

All this is very sad. Earniel, I can say I understand why you have chosen to withdraw. Really, the mood here these last days was far from cheerful, to put it mildly. But you are an excellent writer and I really love your posts. I hope perhaps you will return, at least after some time. I am glad you left this hope for us.
I really am at a loss for words and I am afraid to make matters worse. Actually, reading the thread and the PM's sent to me I was under the impression that things were settled at last. Is it not so? BB, will you please stay and continue posting? You should consider that there are many players in this RPG and we are attached to it. Please, consider our feelings as well. We tried to moderate the dispute as much as we could, were all our efforts in vain? |
