Over here in the UK, people are losing important jobs such as nursing to foreingners, we are also having one of the hottest summers so far, with tempertures in the low to mid thirties. Oh, and there's the small matter of the tiny war in the Middle East, where nothing seems, to me, to have changed in the slightest. Oh, and the fact that England are out the World Cup, and that the "whole" country is in a state of mouning!

you've heard so little of it, despite the fact that it's 'World' cup . By the way, i personally hate it, but two of our channels (BBC1 and ITV1) love it so much that for every day that there's a match on, they have a couple of alternative scheduals, in case a match is shown on one channel but not the other.

Here i thought a literature session on DYKT (TOO) would make Mooters come visiting in a flood to unclue the clues.

And the Tolkien DYKT I actually thought would entice Mooters to visit it too it being about the world of the Author dedicated to this site.

In spoiler tags just because I like them.

This is just in spoilers as I like spoiler tags.
I personaly don't think much about Soccer. (or football as most people call it)
I do however think about the weather, I like rain, exept when it takes away snow.
Rain cools down things when they're hot, rain makes grass and trees greener. (exept in fall, the trees stay those colors) I realy like rain. (And i've aways found it fun to use an umbrella)

On the whole, I'd rather be at a quiet table with some tea and perhaps a scone with clotted cream.
