I've been in two relationships, one actually 'serious' (aka we actually did things together). Not worth it. I've kind of vowed to not date during high school from now on. It'd be nice though.

What do women want? Hobbits.

LOL!! Go Starr! I couldn't have said it better myself! Oh, and I agree with the first part of your post too. We are of the same mind, mellon!

Yes, mellonya (I'm learning Quenya!!!)

Well, hobbits are elves. I've always had an obsession with elves, but I think hobbits are more my 'type'. ::laugh:: They're just much more...hmm...much more approachable.

Ah, yes, personal ads!

Another eccentric, obsessive-compulsive 15-year-old SCF seeks companionship for journey of life. Must be willing to go to hell and back without forgetting Dwarvish Ale. Power-obsessive ISS is welcomed. Wants somewhat shy yet power driven male of taller stature. Preferrably Elf or Human. For further information call 1-800-Rouge-City.

Hey Rogue, what are you OCD about?

Slightly eccentric, 15 year old SWF who enjoys Thai food and being alone as much as she likes being in a crowd, artistic yet right handed, sloppy. Seeking Non-smoker, non-drinker SM willing to deal with odd obsessions and mood swings.

I don't care how unrealistic you think I am, Ararax, I hope I marry the first man i date.

SBM? Pah-leeeeeeez. Maybe for a while, but Thornton Wilder wrote something about most folks stepping into the grave either married, or widowed. Can't remember the exact quote. It's from "Our Town", if you're interested. Good play.

Anyway, I am fully confident that you will all meet someone nice from your home town, marry, live three blocks down from your spouse's parents, raise 2.5 kids, have a dog and a cat, and a white picket fence. That should keep you hobbit folk happy anyway. The rest of you will have to make up your own happy ending.

Why yes, as a matter of fact, I do believe the glass is half full.

Well, technically the glass is only half full is you're filling it back up, and it's half empty if you're drinking it

ah, but technicalities are for mortals, those who live in the real world, and those who are entirely lacking in imagination!

Lacking in imagination? At least I believe both are possible, unlike those who believe in just one. Thinking it's just half empty or half full is boring and bland if you ask me I use logical reasoning - it says everything is possible! Ah-hahahahaha!!!

Hmm...still tryna logicalize whether or not I'm American...because technically...............

Hoom...Hroom...Hoom...

I would say I'm very entish, but not oldest. I am not in any hurry either as I've had some share of good and bad relationships in college mostly. A good conversationalist and maybe a well-read individual I would obviously keep mooting with. Looks, whether good or bad, are welcome as long as they aren't too distracting for either of us.

When I was an enting, I too was hasty, and with all those hormones popping up I probably would be if I turn into one again. Luckily, I did not make the hasty choice back then. I would like to think I may get married someday but I wouldn't want to get married for the sake of getting married. The right entwife has not been found to make me leave the forest with its many trees, elves, hobbits, rabbits, deer, foxes, squirels for a garden of our own in the fields.

Unhurried ramblings, Hoom...Hrooomm...Humm..Hrooommm...

question....:

i'm 15. will the guys i know EVER grow up?

Because the last time i looked they were all:
- 2ft 9 in their bare socks (well... nearly)
- rude and nasty
- sexist pigs
- and i mean half of them havent even reach puberty yet...

oh dear teenage life is oh so depressing.

I wish I had the answer to your question--it's hard for the guy, eh? He's the one that has to take risk.

Tactic? That reminds me of "that guy", he had a LIST! Do you have a list, Andy? Burn it. Or, if you keep it, don't ever make the mistake of telling the girl how far down she is on it. Biiiiiiiig mistake, pal.
A LIST!!!????
whoever said i had a list,

look sister, i may be young-at-heart, doesnt mean im immature

I read OUR TOWN

WAY back in the second age. ( well high school actually) didn't care for it.

That quote was qualified with the word MOST. Which technically means over 51%
