The seven far seeing stones given to Amandil father of Elendil by the Eladar. They allow the owners to converse with eah other through thought.

Frodo first saw him at Bagshot Row, Frodo, Sam and Pippin first saw him at Woody End and Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin first saw him while on the Buckleberry ferry. Take a pick!

I was actually thinking of the woody end encounter. So you're correct and your current standing is 1900 points.
