I don't understand the offices, their duties, or the platforms of any of the candidates, so I'm eminently qualified to cast a vote in this thing.
I'd like a candidate who promises to put a link back to the main Entmoot page, the main Section page, etc. at the bottom of every page, just like at the top of every page.

Oh, that's a good point DPR! I was thinking about it several times, but I never thought it would be possible. Because if it were, it probably would have been done already right? I mean, it would be very convenient.

Only a week left? Hmm. I haven't been very active, now have I?
I don't really have much to add to the points I made in the previous elections thread and here, but I would like to say that regardless of my winning or losing, I will continue with my garden-park project and hand out flower seeds to everyone. If everyone were to raise 1 sunflower, this would a) be a very cheerful looking place and b) we would have enough seeds for baking, eating, etc. after the flowers are gone. Let's see, this was my original speech, platform, whatever you want to call it. I added a few points in post #28 of this thread... I guess that's it. Except for the anthem, it is all rather connected to plants, environment and food A link at the bottom of the page back to the main menu would be nice too as DPR pointed out.

I think you'll have to be with Katt for that, or maybe Sane or Sas?
What do you say guys? (I feel like I'm doubling for Hector right now... >_<)

I love brewpubs, and I'm about to do some research into it...Perhaps we can rig one up in the Teacup, so we can have our own brewpub, as well as our imports and local tap. I think it'll be fun.

Sane, did you take over the Constructionist party?
Hmm...if both the Constructionists and the Tyrannicals support brewpubs, what's the difference? Politics is so confusing.

Er... I guess so... At anyrate, I know my way around brewpubs very well, considering there are three near my house.
I love them very much, specially since some of my kin folk work there and allowed me to goof around with them from a young age.

There are three I've been to in my area (Ventura County/Santa Barbara), and apparently three more I haven't been to. I love because it's just the best damn beer you can get around here, with the possible exception of beers brewed by Belgian monks.
Earniel, you should send a monk over to brew me some beer!

It's Election Day(s) people! I've cast my vote and contributed to our lovely Entmootian democracy. You should too! Send a PM with the name of your favourite candidate to Entmoot Election.
May the best mooter win I quote Eärniel's announcement: Quote:

Darn, serves me right for going and help my sister move. I nearly missed the starting day of the voting.... Thanks for reminding me, Jonathan. I've put up an announcement.
So, the ballot box is open! Go and vote. And remember, one vote per person and only votes sent during these three days will be counted. And lets just hope the voters will be a little more active than the candidates' campaigns.

It seems to me that at the beginning of last year everyone was campaigning like mad, but now that the elections have rolled around the competition is more relaxed.

TF, you have it exactly right. Some dingbat started the campaigning too early last year and everyone's enthusiasm was spent. Now look with what we have.
But still, VIVE LE ENTMOOT! Everyone must vote! May the best mooter win!

Hector! You're still alive!
When will you be done with school so you can get your evil self in here more often? Or do I have to come over and drag you back? Oh yeah, to stay on topic: go vote! *note to self: don't forget to vote yourself *
