Right on it.
Back on topic, does anyone here know anything about the Yeti or his compadres?

Other then that they live high on snowy mountains? Well, from what I've read people can't agree on whether they are white/greyish or brown/reddish. Then there was this theory on the Yeti being the "missing link", but that might have been the Bigfoot. Not sure which one it was anymore.
Are elfs part of this thread as well? I mean, there are people who swear there is such a thing as the little people and several faked pictures. There is the famous case of 2 girls who took pictures of themselves with elfs or faeries daincing around them. I believe it was during the war that these pictures were taken. There also is a film about them. What were their names again? Elsie and Francis.

I know those pictures, they looked very spooky. But I believe those were eventually proven to be hoaxes, since the fairies and hoblins with which the girls posed, bore a striking resemblence to drawings from a fairy tale book that had been published a year or so before.

Thanks for that. They do seem to be early "photoshops", dont they? There was a story I read once (book's about 200 miles away right now, I'll give title and author when I can retrieve it) about miniscule people that lived on a man's property, and as a punishment for something he did, the family would have to collect some 1000 thorns, that would turn up in odd places (flat tires and the like), and once they did they could get their property back. Odd stuff. Any theories?

The movie was also pretty interesting. But though these pictures were not real, the stories about faeries and the little people are awfully persistent. There are still people who place a little plate with milk outside their doors before they go to sleep each night. My family is Christian, so we don't do it, but we had a lady in the street who did it. She got an official order from the judge not to do it anymore, because it would lure cats and other animals and they made a lot of noise. In the end she moved.

Not that it says much, but the timing is convenient. Yeti prints found

It makes me wonder why there are only 3 prints and not a trail. Even if it is rocky terrain, there must be more snow around where the Yeti would have to walk over. I mean, it is the everest...

Maybe it can fly too.
Who knows. These guys sometimes broadcast their presence in an area, so someone could have made the tracks in advance, or maybe the wind scoured the rest of the tracks away.
