If Tom Bombadil were to go on a date, he would prolly spend a lot of time singing silly songs, and rescuing his date from various mischevious beasts. I think it might get tiresome, after a while...being rescued and all. But, Tom's a cool guy none the less.

Hmm, on Pippin's first date, he would take take her to the pub and buy her bread and cheese with lots of ale. He would not dance on the table.

i bet when celeborn first dated galadriel he looked at her with wide staring eyes and spoke in long sentences without moving his eyebrows or using any punctuation so all spaces between words are exactly the same length and he would go on like this for what would seem like ages or would that just be PJ's interpretation of it

try it, it sounds nearly as silly as when martin csokas spoke like that in fellowship, how PJ could do that, i'll never know

the only brew for the brave and true, comes from the green dragon

so, back on topic...

Varda's first date, i imagine, would be watching the stars, and occasionally moving them around, or adding a new one

Who's calling? oh, talking about Varda, are we? Lovely lady, light like a feather, no burden at all. but she are tugging on my feathers in a pretty bad way. I can't say I like it. My left wing are still ruffled from last time I took her for a ride. She and Manwe have some weird mind, they think riding me is a romantic thing..yeah, like I think so..

Poor Thorondor. Have you enjoyed a date of your own yet? You could take your date sightseeing around Gondolin and then fly over the ocean for a bit. *sigh* You make me jealous, you could go practically anywhere.

Yes, he has. He dated Ancalagon the Black for a while before Ankie grew bored and made a pass at Ungoliant in his final desperate attempt to defeat his homosexual urges once and for all.

They saw Reign of Fire at the movies.
